It is almost identical to mine, 1997 regular cab flareside, except in the Lariat trim. In perfect shape, new plugs and wires. The only glitch however is the brakes. Both front and back apparently were replaced last year, yet when I took it on a test drive you felt the whole truck shake and rattle when i hit the brakes. Other than that, it's in good condition. The guy's asking 16000 but will come down on that.

I recently bought a 98, 4x4, 4.6, ext cab, with 48000 ish miles
paid $16900 and nothing is wrong with it at all. cept door crack on drivers side.

depends mostly on mileage as to how good of a deal it is though.

Hi beast97! Try to get an Oasis report to see if the truck has continually had brake work done on it. I'd start with that. If it hasn't had an abnormal amount of brake work done, maybe whoever did the brakes just screwed up somehow!
