new f150 with actuator issues

I have a 2011 limited that the dealership has a hard time repairing the right front actuator. We are up to 3!!! Anybody else having this problem?

I would guess there us a problem with the axle or steering knuckle or hub that is causing an alignment issue with the IWE.
