Weight gain pills
Try what I do, I never have a problem gaining a few pounds:
1. Open frig or pantry and look at food (works for 1 or 2 lbs a week.
2. Breath air regularly (works for 1/2 to 1 lb a week.
3. Try not to run if I can walk, try not to walk if I can sit, try not to sit if I can recline, try not to recline if I can sleep. (good for 2 lbs a week)
Right there is my successful method for 3 1/2 to 5 lbs per week.
Alternate methodology:
1. Eat food fried instead of broiled or baked
2. Get two dozen glazed Krispy Kreme whenever the HOT n NOW light is one. (One dozen to eat on the way home and one to share with the family.)
3. Always eat ice cream in the single serve 1/2 gallon containers. (bonus because you never have to wash a bowl.)
