The '05s got the turbo boost indicator.

What is the fuel tank size on that unit? I heard it was somethin' ridiculously small.

oh yeah thats one of the things i hate about it. it's a 25 gallon tank i believe. i may be changing it out for a 44 gallon one later down the road.

Wow thats horrible! Why did they put such a small tank in the new F250? Can you even do 300 miles on a tank if your towing something?

Are you dong an aftermarket tank or is there an OEM tank you can throw in there?

Yeah ha i really don't know why they did. Depending on how heavy it is probably not. You can get a larger tank with the long bed. I would have to go aftermarket to get that big of one. It'll probably be awhile though, these aftermarket tanks are about a grand

It was to make room for the emissions fluid tank combo'd with the short box. Made sure I got a long bed with my '08 because the 28g tank is my second biggest complaint with my 02.

Easier said than done, and a tad rough on emissions and the warranty?

yes that will happen once i get to about 20k miles, just to make sure i didn't get a bad engine.

i don't have emissions here so it won't really be a problem. i mainly am worried about losing the warranty, that's why im waiting so long. you have to run a tuner to delete the dpf and that voids the engine warranty.

so i've got a slight change of plans for now. i am going to order a 4.5 inch lift next week and start getting everything ready for it. now i am going with a 4.5in. lift, 35x12.5 toyo's, and 20x12 moto metal chrome 962's.

Meh, if you want to play, ya gotta pay. At least what I told myself the day my DPF came off.

I haven't run against a tuned 6.7L yet, but smoked a nice 6.0L today.

Good looking truck

I'm still a fan of some of the older F series.
If I were, and I am considering.... in the market to move up to a bigger truck, this would be ideal. If this were in the 11ish range, Id be at the bank with a down payment.

yep, i'll be deleting and tuning it at about 20k. yeah the 6.4's are a beast tuned. the 6.7's make right at 500rwhp and around 1100ftlb's with a tune and exhaust, so depending on how good you are with that stick you should beat one.
