almost a daddy!
Brought the wife to the hospital yesterday....been having contractions since 2 am..they broke her water about 1:30 this afternoon... still waiting to meet my daughter!

Ain't nothing better than a daughter........until they get, let's say, 13yo.
After about 5 years, they seem to come back around.
I've got two, myself (and a son).
Start a savings account for college, today!!
The gov't charges parents 8.9% interest on educational loans. (Just paid mine off after 8 years of that HS)

Well after 16 hours of labor and 1cm of dilation they performed a c-section late Wednesday. Sara Cate was born 7lbs 1oz 20" long. Baby and mommy doing great. Still at the hospital hope to be discharged today. About 6 hours of sleep total since 2am Wednesday...that sounds about normal.Wow...pictures to follow

Congrats bud! Just remember, it will get easier. Sleepless nights, and amazing how when the kid cries it go straight to your brain. But after 6 weeks, you do get into a pattern easier with sleeping at nights ect ect.
I know cause my son Miles just turned 10 weeks today. :-) Post up some pics when can!
