Do you guys have any 'non-epoxy' options that are viable (and won't cost me a mortgage payment?)
Why are you hesitant about doing epoxy?

Was looking at something like this:

Hesitant to go with a white tile but, it'd sure look good (and get dirty quick).
I do detailing also and I went with Sherwin-Williams epoxy.
Like detailing "Preparation is the key" when doing an epoxy floor.
It's easy to hose down, mop and hit with the leaf blower or Master blaster to dry out.

FYI - Don't do white garage tiles! It will be a nightmare to keep clean.
