My race car build...

Another awesome day out there today. There were no points involved today so it was all for fun. It was the flag pole races and demolition derby we were just there to fill in the gaps when the derby cars needed to cool, hammer down trunks, or fix what ever. We had 4 races today. the first race everyone was ***** to the wall and I won by half a car. After that they came and told us to stay bunched up and try to keep it entertaining. THAT we did. We were mostly screwing around. I wouldn't let the white honda pass so he goes off the track to the outside on the back straight and passes me in the ditch lol.
Another race the VW and the white honda were neck and neck taking turns so I got right on the Honda's *** and he starts hitting the breaks after the turn, so i started pushing him because I thought he was screwing around. Kept pushing him till he pulled off into the infield. Turns out he broke the rim. The rim on the car started separating around the lug nuts lol.
I have been trying to talk my buddy into getting a car and getting out there. Buddy tells me that he really wants to race but he can't convince his wife to let him race. So I told his wife that there is another helmet and coveralls in the truck go grab them and come for a rip. Long story short, wife gave him the go ahead to get a car for next year lol.
I think the best part of this racing is the official intermissions. During the intermissions we get a bunch of volunteers to take kids around the track in the race cars. I have been doing it every time. The look on the kids faces is priceless when they get to ride in the cars around the track. I have been doing one thing extra and my fan base for kids 12 and under is unreal big. After I am done taking them around I give them a sucker.
