Creative repairs and mods

Some interesting repairs and modifications to these vehicles. I hope some of these were stopped and towed.

The redbull can looks like some stuff we'd pull in the field if we were in trouble. I had to use a MRE bag for a CV boot one time, they work great for gaskets too.

Hell yeah to the '92/'93 Fseries/Bronco with vice grip *****.

Who ever wrote that the "loosely-attached tyre" is freakin' stupid. That "tire" is pretty well attached, just has a broken C clip in the pumpkin.

Reminds me of the time my grandpa used duct tape and hay bail wire to hold the axle on his boat trailer.

Lost my wiper motor on an early 80's toyota pickup that was given to me as a beater. It would only work with a passenger. Rope through the wing windows, I pull, passenger pulls. Didn't work well to be honest, not at all. It was intended to keep the mud off during some bashing. That truck never saw pavement or a light foot.

Love me some ZZ top. A little before my time but grew up around a lot of backyard blues themed parties and camp outs

Many years ago, my roommate's dad fixed rotted out quarter panels on his 65 Galaxie with.........window screen and CEMENT. Yes, cement, like concrete. He was a retired mason, and also happened to be Polish.

Funny thing - the rear end sagged and there wasn't anything heavy in the trunk.
