GoPro fail

So I had the bright idea of telling my fishing buddy to mount the GoPro on the Outboard's Cowling with the suction cup mount. Phone Rang, answered it and forgot to mention to him to wrap the dockline around the mount so if it fell. 2 mins later and this happens.

FAIL on my part. 100% my fault

Y'all have no idea how sick to my stomach I was when I heard that splash. The funniest part was how it fell. Boat didn't move or anything it just flopped backwards

Wow you are SO lucky you got it back!

I lost a cell phone in Avalon Harbor on Catalina Island trying to retrieve a cordless drill we dropped on the water. Freaking little Mermaid made about $300 in calls and I never got it back.

Seriously Lucky! I was so pissed, mad, sick to my stomach etc....

Definitely lucky. What sucked the most was the fact that there was pollen all over the top of the water so we had to clear it off with the paddle first to see.

Now you can see what you're fishing for before you cast...find the fish on your graph, then drop down the GoPro! It's a win win!!
