Found this ad on craigslist. Left a message and waiting for a phone call back. Pretending to be interested in hopes it may be real (considering they put comma's in the number) and get a pic of the odometer. The voice mail is a woman. It is right down the street from me so we'll see. I am having a hard time believing it.

Not even close. Spoke with the woman and it has 141k. Not 1,446,445. Not sure where she came up with that considering she put commas in it. Didn't quite seem all there.
Also she is asking 3500 for a single cab, 2wd v6 with 141k.. KBB puts it at 1600 in "excellent" condition and 900 for "fair" which would make it worth about 1200.

False alarm, everybody go back inside your houses.
