BBQ Anyone?
This super bowl will mark my second year since I started cooking low and slow. That plate was from last years super bowl party. I get asked to do parties a lot but I dont always have time. I've done fundraisers for my church too.
[QUOTE=che22879;4767647]You mite say I dabble in bbq...
Dude, that's a lot of meat! I think even Fred Flintstone would be happy with that pile of ribs.
I have a big smoker that looks just like yours but I haven't ever loaded that full.

I ett me some barbeque'd raccoon last week.
Little masked varmints are pretty tasty if cooked right.
Anyone ever barbeque'd an armadillo?
Probably gotta use a nut cracker to clean them, eh??
The zoo's down in Louisiana have a plaque under the animal with it's name, species, and recipe.

Check out amazingribs.com Everything you always wanted to know about meat and bbq and then some. His recipe for "Vermont Maple Glazed Pig Candy" is killer.
When I cook it is always different and I never write anything down. I usually empty out the spice cabinet and start from there. Sauces and glazes just depend on what kind of beverages are in the fridge. One of my favorites was an orange soda sauce
