Hmmm -- I wonder what that one is? I've been through there a million times but have never stopped for lunch. I usually stop at the Buc-ee's that's on the east side of town because my little boy absolutely loves their Malted Milk ***** so I always pick him up a bag when I go by......

BeauFlex, what part of Richmond/Rosenberg? I go thru there pretty often, going to Damon. I come thru Fulshear to Richmond, to Rosenburg over to 36 going South.

 

I live in Pecan Grove down Hwy 90A. The body shop I work at is just down the road from 36 on Hwy 90a (Ave. H. in town). Stop by sometime and say HI

 

Will try to do that. When they lived in Sugar Land, went right thru Pecan Grove all the time going from Fulshear to Greatwood area. They moved out in the country near Brazos Bend State Park, so go thru Rosenberg now.

 

Had plenty of great bbq being from the KC area, but still enjoy smoking my own meats. Found the best way to get great meat is to keep a consistent temp, and keep the meat moist. I spray my meat every 15 min with a mix of 2/3 apple juice, and 1/3 whiskey.

 

I always wondered who created this smiley.....

 

Oh yeah -- I know that place! I never knew it was a BBQ joint -- I thought it was a butcher shop.....
