Dear baby jesus. If I lived down there. My truck would stay in the garage from Nov-March and I would buy an old beater chevy to put to rest on the road through the winter. When all is said and done, the old beater can go to the scrap yard and the F150 lives on. Looking at those pics is like watching something die of cancer.

Not sure. I traded it on on the '04 Lightning back in '06 I think it was.

I don't keep my trucks all that long. I can only afford one at a time, so the '98 was a few trucks ago. I did some mods though and still have all the parts that I'd take off it.

yeah had i gotten this truck with less than 100,000 miles i would have prob under coated it.

i will take some under the cab pics.

and my longtubes even with VHT paint the primarys are pretty much all rust. the collectors are pretty good thoe.

why cant they use SAND like they do up north in michigan???

now they came out with liquid ice they put 6 stripes in the road with it before a snow storm i guess that is 5X worse than normal road salt on paint..... then when it snows they put normal salt down and it reacates with the liquid salt. last year the roads were not snowy for more than a day

I work on my underbody every year when it gets warmer. Steel wire brush and underbody coating wherever I can see or fit. It looks pretty good under there being in Indiana.

When there is salt on the roads my truck stays parked! That is what my daily beater is for!
