Right! I called today about 2:30 to check on the progress and make sure I was getting it back today. He says, ah no my guys are really backed up, won't be ready until tommorrow at noon. I pretty much said that was not acceptable, I had to get a rental car, I am going out of town on Thursday night for the holidays, etc. I didn't curse or raise my voice or be rude, just voicing my displeasure. He said he would cover my rental, he was really sorry, he had a bunch of cars waiting for parts and they all came in at once...I said, ok, whatever, call me when its done. Get a phone call about 4:30, its done! Hmmm..he pulled a another guy off something else and got it done so I am back in my truck! He was very aplogetic when I got there, he actually looked pretty hagard, lol..I told him I really appreciate him getting it done today and told him to thank the guys who worked on it as well. So, all fixed...happy to be done with the Caliber and now $1500 more broke...

Glad you got it back with no problems.

Next time, you might want to try Jerry Duncan Ford in Harriman. I've heard they have a great service dept.
