Is there a way to run multiple adds concurrently on craigslist??

Also, can you run the same add in multiple cities at the same time?

 

From my experience, you have to change the wording around in the ads if your running them in multiple cities/regions. Hope this helps.

that is the one thing I hate about craigslist. I wish you could search and post in multiple regions at once. But they want it to be a hands on type of deal so there is less scamming

Yea you'll get a lot of spam crap when you try to sell stuff on there, at least I always do.

There are are ways to search all CL sites.

 

searchtempest will let you search all of craigslist at once

I thought adds only ran for 7 days in the classifieds?? I have an add running right now that's been up for 13 days, and even see adds over a month old? How's that?


**EDIT** Disregard...it's 7 days for certain cities. 45 days for others.

 

OK...I do have another question.

I posted an add two days ago, but when I go to craigslist and search for it, I can't find it anywhere?? WTF?

 

It'll take a while for it to show up for everyone to see, mine take anywhere from 2 hours to a day of two. But also check to make sure someone didn't flag it for removal by clicking the link they sent you in the email when you first posted.

 

Also if you have any external links to pics or anything, it will get hung up and never post. You are allowed the wording and 4 pics through their site.. It will show as active but never make it to the lists

 

Crap, maybe that's what happened then. I had a couple of links to the forums. It's been 6 days now and still a no-show.

Do you know if I go through my edit e-mail and remove the links if they'll show up? Guess I could try.
