That thing is sexy! I bet you get a better satisfaction from your vehicles if you restored them.

its allot of work.. I'll never do another one but it was something I wanted to do since I was a kid restore a car.. Now i've done that. When I part with that Mustang I'll never own another car just trucks. I'll probably hold onto it for a few years longer.. With the economy the way it is I couldnt sell it for half what I'm into it.

I've got (well, it's really my son's car for his 16th birthday) a 67 mustang that my son and I have restored over that last two years...
From this...

to this...

Then I went and picked up a project for me, a 48 Plymouth Special Deluxe. This was a quick job as all it needed was some paint and some TLC here and there...
From this...

to this...

And the project we picked up to do over the winter is an original 4x4 66 Chevy K-14...

The hubby and I are restoring a 79 jeep cj7 golden eagle. Just got back yesterday from Sherman TX with a new-er YJ body. (gotta love rust) It's a money pit, but it's fun. Currently it's got too many new bits to list. Working on getting a few pics. When we finish with his I plan on building mine, a 71 chevelle SS. I'd love to find a 54 Chevy truck, but I believe that would be just too much $$$.

The Jeep Tub as of yesterday.

I have a '67 Fastback that I have not touched in years.

Someday...

It's a 289 4 barrel with 4 speed close ratio toploader. Nightmist blue with black interior and a console. Car was my dad's and originally sold with a dealer installed 3.50 Detroit Locker rear. Car has about 260,000 miles, mostly with a solid lifter Ford 'LeMans' cam and 351W heads.
