I thought tankers were being forced to reclass? My LT was a tanker for 15 yrs and dropped an officer packet instead of reclassing.

Mean for you or them? Only reason I say that is because the tanks are just for show of force and the Paladins are just sitting here. Everything's getting line hauled while the bunnies drive around in MRAPs 11, 13, 19 you guys all keep me employed 91B here.

There's a couple of the 900 series wreckers in the motor pool next to mine. I miss those but the HEMTT is a better wrecker I think. We're supposed to be sinking a Caiman tomorrow for recovery training I'll get some pictures.

So they opted to get a truck stuck that doesn't really go outside the wire often that way if it got broken it wouldn't be so time critical to get it fixed. Plus, if you can pull something out that was 40,000 lbs, whats another 10-20 thousand pounds right? This was pulled out with at 10 ton wrecker.

The truck in the background is what they were originally planning on getting stuck.

While the recovery team was playing in the mud my guys were changing an engine in an up armored HMMWV, this picture was after I caught that they forgot to put the motor mounts on before setting it down all the way. 6.5 turbo charged diesel, easier than the CAT C7 I think.

Had to get it stuck for training purposes. We've had a patrol get the Caiman stuck so deep it busted up the rear steps but the contractors pulled them out.
