That sucks, all stations around me sell 87,89,93.

Almost all say 10% ethanol on the pump.

There is one station that literally has the choice of 87,88,89,90,91,92,93. It was funny seeing all of the buttons across the pump.

 

WTF! If I remember correctly I get like 320 miles on fumes in the city, so I get around 13-15mpg.

 

wow i got 426 out of this last tank before they dropped the octane. its not looking to good for this tank. 300miles and at 1/4 tank

 

I believe I have a 22 gallon tank, what's the deal?

 

322 miles on this tank filled it up on 19.9 gallons equals 16.2mpgs. Last Tank which was 87 octane and 10 percent ethenol was 426miles and filled it up with 23.7 gallons which was 18.0 mpg's. So lost almost 2mpg's on this lower quality gas and added ethanol. I filled it back up with the 86 as im going to dfw tomorrow to pick up a trailer. be interesting what hwy mpg's i will get going up there.

 

Well made it to ft worth and avg 18.5 on the shell gas. Guess it isnt so bad after all. Not sure why my first tank dropped the mpgs the way it did.
