Netflix doesn't make an app for it yet. Something about security in the operating system. No Xoom plays Netflix. Unless you find a way to do it without a Netflix app. PlayOn is supposed to allow you to play Netflix while travelling, but I can only get it to work while on the same wireless system as a PC that has PlayOn installed. I'll work it out.

I don't know what in the hell you're talking about but, I think I'm in the same boat.

My 8track broke and now I have to listen to the radio.
Anyways, the only tape I had that still played was Mott The Hoople.

So does my EVO, but I'd like a bigger screen. The Xoom is very nice, but it does have this one drawback so far.

What made you get a Xoom? If you're partial to Android, why not a Galaxy Tab 10.1? I believe that does have NetFlix support.

And had I not bought an iPad 2, I would have done the same. I really wanted to get a Galaxy Tab 10.1, but I couldn't wait any longer and sprung for an iPad. The Galaxy Tab is a great piece of hardware (though I'm not sold on the plastic and build quality from Samsung, feels a bit cheap like their other products). It's just a shame the Android market for tablet software sucks (and one of primary reasons I went with iPad, other than impatience from waiting for the Tab).

Nope, same problem. Though I just saw a post on droid-life that Netflix has updated to include both tablets. Today is the first day, and I haven't downloaded it yet. I'll know shortly whether it works or not.

It's weird how things work themselves out. I spend three weeks of finagling and trying find a work around that works to no avail. Then one post griping about it on F150online, and it's sorted out the next day. Coincidence? I think not... Ok. Maybe it was. Netflix app installed and working. lol

What a great band!! Here's a little memory lane stroll for all you fans with my all time favorite Mott song. It's great to see Overend Watts is still playing his Thunderbird bass (I have one just like it!).
