NASCAR star Kryle Busch cited in North Carolina for going 128 in a 45 on a public street. He was driving the new Lexas supercar they got coming out. Good times...

When his brother did this a few years ago he lost his ride at Roush. Lets see if JGR & NASCAR have any nads to punish him. But they probably won't since he is the anointed one. He is already on probation...
I don't see where NASCAR has any ground in this. Maybe JGR but who knows, it's just a speeding ticket. Not like you've NEVER sped before. Being on probation in NASCAR has nothing to do with driving on public roads.
Just because you love to hate him doesn't mean he should realistically get his hard card pulled.

If something goes on race weekend in the confines or immediate vicinity, then by all means have at it.
What's next? Putting drivers on probation/banning them for doing burnouts in the parking lot of their race shop.
That kind of speed on a city street is what got someone close to me killed when she was hit. In my opinion, he's using a deadly weapon in an irresponsible manner. He has no sympathy from me.

Is doing 128 in a 45 less dangerous than a DUI? I think both are just as dangerous.

And what good does interfering in players personal lives do? It doesn't change a damn thing. Look at the No Fun League.
People get caught doing bad things outside of work they get fired. Just look at the clowns at my job that got caught on video boozing it up at lunch off site, they got fired. No different than sports leagues.
A stupid friend of mine did something similar, 150 in a 55 on a bike. His license was suspended, and he was put into jail for a bit initially.
I guess since Rowdy is a "star" he got a different treatment than you or I would. Throw the book at him (within the law)!
