OBL's Son May Sue the USA
There will be people who will agree with it because this poor lad is now without his dad. Just like in California when liberal wing-nuts set up a fund to take care of the litter of a mountain lion that was killed because it attacked and killed a woman who happened to be the mother of three small children. These same liberal wing-nuts cared nothing about the "human" children who were without their "human" mother. America is a society of victims, therefore you'll always find people who will side with "victims."
Your arguement is a colossal FAIL

I think he was saying that they were more concerned about the animals than the children of the dead mother.
I think we should give osama jr a birth certificate and he could take Biden's spot on the 2012 ticket. Think of all the great RAP songs that could be written about Obama-Osama-Yo Momma! Could be very curturally enlightening.
And it would be even a better deterrent than Biden is to some one wanting to take out the Pres.

You just proved my point. Thank you.
His son has the legal right to sue and the US has the legal right to dismiss.
The case reminds me of a few months ago when the city of Baghdad filed suit against the US for the "damage" resulting from the blast walls the US Army installed between neighborhoods during the height of the sectarian violence going on -- that is, to help prevent the citizens of Baghdad from continuing to slaughter each other. Plenty of people were pissed about that, but just like this case, Baghdad has the right to file suit and the US has the right to dismiss.

In case anyone has misjudged me, I'm NOT a "bleeding heart".
