They got me :-(

Dang it! "Durwood" Stevens from McMan and Tate advertising agency got me with one of their clever adds.

I was on a forum searching for info about hard drives and I kept seeing this link that looked like a post from a member of the forum. After seeing it about 5 times I clicked on it thinking that it MIGHT help. Arsholes wanted me to sign up for CRAP and gave me diddly-squat.

BTW, What in the world happened here since I've been away? I can't tell adds from folks signatures. Ads here are like mosquitoes attaching to every post with a pulse or CO2 emissions.

Note to self: Start advertising my freelance consulting business so I can get me some customers.

Next time you get the urge to start a new thread, please don't.

TIA.

Wow! Touchy much? All I did was say how crappy I thought this site looked with all the ads. And I know what I'm talking about too. I mean dang, I was here when F150online.com was a ad-free or at least ad-less place to visit. Ban me for that and how long will the rest of the members last?

Can't be yourself here?

If you don't want ads, download a flash blocker or adblocker extension for your browser. I'm going to agree with dirt bike dave though... and I want to add this: running this site isn't free, contrary to popular belief...

Gotta do something to pay for hosting the site, maintaining it, and adding new features. If you were to get banned for posting this, I would imagine it would be for speaking bad of an advertiser/sponser, who is helping support keeping this site up and running.

Isn't this the guy who smells his own farts at 4:00 in the morning?
