Calm down Im not saying you are or anyone else is on here, Ill say 15-20% but thats just based off of my real life experience (as in face to face not on f150online) as in my uncle and some of his friends. just my experiences. do you have any proof that they are not racist?

I know your not calling me or anyone here a racist. I am calm. How many Tea Party people have you met? 5? 200? So if 20% of who you met thats supposed to somehow equate to 20% of the actual total group in the entire country being racist? Or are you just repeating stuff you hear on MSNBC?

As far as proof, when you throw around words like "racist", the burden is on you to prove it. I would love to see the hard evidence showing that 15-20% of Tea Party people are racist. I am sure you can post a youtube video or two of one guy and try to equate that to the whole group or post some MSNBC articles. But lets see some hard facts that 20% of the group are racist.

I have meet around 20, and maybe 3-6 were slightly racist. Get off the msnbc thing, seriously, just because im a democrat does not mean I get everything I know from them, how do I know if you get your facts from fox since your a republican? I don't. I don't have any hard evidence, sorry. its just from what I have experienced. By the way I did not post the youtube video, sorry was not me.

By the way there is book smarts and street smarts, and there are plenty of racists out there. Personal experience. I was going around with an obama sign with friends and one guy stopped, and said hes going to kill obama and maybe hurt us if we kept doing it.- said the N word like 20 times. racist! there are racists on both sides!

To me, each party has their racists.

Habs, I know why you're venting on the USA. The conservatives are taking over your beloved Canadian turf in record numbers and you hate it!

Just a bit of advice then, if you don't have any evidence of something as serious as a "good bunch" of a group with probably at least a million members is racist, don't throw the word around. It makes you look ignorant, with all due respect of course.

Just saying, there never will be any polls saying how racist someone or some group is, so I say 15-20% because thats my experience. But your experience probably is different then mine so it varies.

How about the birthers? A serious ammount of them believed or had serious doubts that the president was born here. They had no evidence. so I guess me and birthers look Ignorant, which we do

*facepalm* It amazes me you think there is nothing wrong with calling a "good bunch" of a national group racist without any hard evidence just because you met 20 of them.

What makes you think of birthers all of the sudden when talking about racism? The birthers raised some serious questions and thankfully Obama proved them wrong, finally. Obama thought these doubts were serious enough to respond to the issue, after the issue was starting to gain traction politically of course.

It's not always what you say that matters, sometimes it's what you don't say.

138 people have viewed this thread, and with the exception of one democrat, not a single person has spoken out against what the tea party rep said in the video.

1 guy out of 138, and one other guy is shrieking that teabaggers are not racist

When you don't come out against the message in the video, what's that supposed to mean? It's not too hard to figure out.

The silence is deafening, you guys should be ashamed of youselves, seriously.

~ sound of crickets

I talked about birthers because they thought Obama was not born here and they had no HARD evidence, Just like I have no HARD evidence.

You must be mad or somthing because I said from My experience Your experience may be different. Did I ever say that there is nothing wrong with calling people racists? Nope. never did. Once again MY EXPERIENCE leads me to believe this. yours may be completely different. I will lower my % of racists since im so cynical to a good 4-11%
