lol, really?

Are people that trusting of the same government that lies to us, media that have no clue?

No wmds in iraq?
Takes 10 years, and over a trillion dollars to catch one man with the most advanced technology in the world?

Guys in a cave managed to plot the destruction of the towers?

Going after the same guy we help train and fund in the 80's against the Russians?

The same guy who got a free ticket out of the country after the airports got shut down?

How many Americans have died for no reason? How many civilians have died on bot sides?
For what?

What about the places we know have WMD's?, what about the people who suffer daily in this country?

Why are we so worried about people in the middle east and not other people?

For what? less that %18 of our oil supply?
Or for something else?

Then, after all that money spent and all those lives lost the only "proof" we get is a "yep its the same dna" and poorly photoshoped pictures?

Also, we conveniently buried him at sea.

By the way guys im the pope.

The entire nation is rejoicing because we killed one guy, a priceless amount of human life lost. More enough food, fuel and supplies to have relived this crisis we are in now.

The reason we "invaded" was because the "terrorist" "attacked us" so we could catch the guy responsible.

No end in sight, and now a third war?

yeah, things are so great.

Osama finally got what he deserved...a U.S. bullet to the dome.

Great job by the CIA and SEALS that took part in the raid.

For clarification "Usama" as mentioned by Fox news is his correct name in the Muslim world; they didn't spell it wrong. (and I hate Fox news so am not biased)

Islam requires that a body be buried within 24 hours of death. He was buried at sea as to not leave a martyr site for radical muslims to praise and protect.

It takes awhile to find someone when they drop completely off the grid and are allowed to live in a country that protects their every move.

Bush, Obama should be thanked. But ultimately its the troops that fought both wars and the families of the service men and women who have suffered for the last 10 years because of those wars. To those overseas and still serving, stay safe and keep those mags full.

Not really, the total cost of the war in Iraq is about on par with what the US spends on public health care every year ( pre Obama health care program ), and the fed gov alone writes bonds that are 2X the total Iraq war cost every year in BS programs like the pave America Beautiful program ( to get union members back to work as pay back for votes ).

I just feel that the money and lives lost (can't really price that) are no where near worth what we got.

I suspect we are in a place/area that largely does not want us there, and that the money could be better spent else where or not at all.

We/government seems to be way to focused on that area and not others that are at least as much of a threat (imo) as any other like all the little crazy third world guys running around when we know they have nukes and bio weapons.

I just think the coverage on the middle east pushes other issues to the back (or not even printed) when they really are more important than they are portrayed, be it issues here or else where.

Not counting the loss of life on both sides of the fight, out troops and people who just got stuck at the wrong time in the wrong place.

I have always said that we would be in better shape as a country if we started aiding out selfs first and then others.

When people here go hungry or with out a house and drug use is rampant (at least in my area) here no one ever seems to care. But there sure are enough ads on tv and else where to send aid to people in other country's.

Nothing wrong with that, but I think we should help the people here out first.

But I am sure there are things none of us will ever know going on at this moment.

The life part, very true. The cost, that is a subjective item. It is no where near enough cash to get the US out of the ditch it is in, if it was, we would be out 4x already.

Part of the population wants us there, part does not. The Humanitarian cause would be enough, with not a single person complaining about Yugoslavia ( same thing, Milosevic started killing the population ).

There is the camp of we do not have the cash to be doing this, and the other that says this is the right thing to do ( Iraq & Libya population ) due to being a civilized culture. This is a question that has not real answer, as it is all opinion ( which leads to the right / wrong opinion on waging the war ).

None of us were there so it is hard to judge. I would hope he would handle it significantly better than that.
