Being a dr. pays off
I don't care which Joe, John, Billy, or Tim you are, I HIGLY doubt anyone here would pick a 2000 F-150 over a 2009 Ferrari F430 Scuderia.

Ok, I probably would choose the Ferrari. But I would want something I could park outside of somewhere like walmart and not worry about getting one little scratch. I wonder what the insurance is on a 17 year old driving something like that? Or better yet, which insurance company would even insure it.
I bet they aren't worried about the cost of insurance. Clearly money is not a problem for them.
I sense a little jealousy from others, but nothing but motivation keeps them from doing the same thing with their lives. In America, we all have the same opportunities to achieve, we are only held back by our drive and/or mental capacity.

What's that?
Gulfstream renamed their product line a few years ago.
GIV --> G350/G450 (~$33,000,000 - $40,000,000)
GV --> G550 /G550 (~$45,000,000 - $55,000,000)
The newest and not certified model is the G650 (~$65,000,000). If he has one of these on order he might be waiting a while. They were supposed to start deliverys late this year or early next year, but one of the flight test aircraft crashed a few weeks ago.
If he really owns one not just rents it like most individuals do, buying any Ferrari is chump change.

Probably not. I realize insurance does pay for some plastic, but a great deal of it is CASH, don't have to deal with any stinking insurance co. and that's where they make the money. One of the best Dr.'s I've ever gone to left regular practice and went into plastic because he didn't have to deal with insurance companies nonsense. Really a shame because he was top notch, and not money hungry, but was tired of being dictated to by people who knew NOTHING about medicine.
State regulations say how much cash on hand for claims they need, and when they have to award large claims, they have to raise rates to keep the same ratio of cash on hand.
People sue for stupid stuff these days, and juries award the damages, to get back at the fat cat.
Step in someone to try to rein in this crap by limiting punitive damages as a ratio against compensatory damages, and they are tagged as "all for big business". More like they were trying to level out insurance costs in the beginning.
Want to see cheap medical work, you can go to Mexico. The doctors there are just as good, but if they screw up ( from what I have read ) the most you can get out of them is the cost of the procedure.
This guy has a great practice going, and on the surface seems to make a great living, image what his rates are even without a claim, I would guess 25% of his gross goes to premiums. He might not need to deal with an insurance company to get paid, but he still hands them a large check every year.
BTW F-150 over a Ferrari ? I still have to take the F-150, until Ferrari makes a car in XXL, I cannot get my fat rear in a medium, without the muffin top
Honestly, these cars really don't do much for me... I get more excited over a nice modded truck than any exotic. Just being honest. And yes I'd take the Ferrari over the 150, cause I'd sell it asap and buy a loaded F-250 and keep the rest of the money
I agree, I do like those (esp the V12 Vanquish), but I'd still take a truck over it if I could only have one
Actually, I feel sorry for those kids. Seriously -- if you're handed a car like that at 16, do you really think you're going to have any kind of drive or even goals to strive for as you age into adulthood? My money says these kids end up losers who only get by because Daddy's money hauls them out of yet another trap!
That being said, if you handed me either of those two rigs, it would take me all of about 5 minutes to put them up for sale and then use the money to buy something that would be of interest to me. "Glamour" vehicles like that have never held even the slightest bit of fascination for me.....

And it will never be out, the name is G650. Only morons who are trying to sound rich would say something dumb like that song.
