Now they make lightning triggers.

yes i was on 2 seconds i believe and i didn't have a filter just my canon xs and i was only using the 18-55mm IS lens that came on it so it wasn't anything special with it and i did some editing on iPhoto thats it.

this is badass. i tried lightning ONCE, a long time ago. it's definitely something that takes some patience. but if captured properly makes some sick shots
yes it took a while i was out on my porch for like 2 hours i got several but that was my favorite.

My dad is sending me his Nikon d70 with a 18-70mm lense. Gonna be my first DSLR. Stoked to figure it all out and get more not photography.

Great camera, and lens! I still use my D70, bought Jan '05, along with my D300, and D3S.

Lol apparently. I had never been to that park and was like wth a tank. We used yo have a helicopter downtown...musta flew away cuz it ain't there anymore.

that's awesome man, can't beat that. I picked my 10D and first lens up for $25, that's what got me started
