Did someone forget to put the rotor back on?

This is where taking a knowledge test should come into play before getting your license.

That takes the cake.

I worked at a gas station in high school and you'd be amazed at what came through there. The worst rotors I saw were only the vent structure left with some paper thin connectors.

That would be the result of a stuck parking brake (Or regular brakes), a completely oblivious or deaf driver, and what looks like salt water.

Just imagine how much fuel was used in the destruction of that rotor

How does this happen ??

The Owner invested $ 5,000.00 in an audio system.
That sub will take out a lot of ambient sound ( as well as long term hearing ).
