Lot's of Kooks out there... Though their opinions on things do vary. Nothing worse than finding out you support the same thing as some idiot, who makes you look bad by having a whacked out reasoning behind his beliefs. Some atheists are just as bad. I am not a religious person, but going around attacking someone's religion is not something I feel a need to do. What purpose does it serve? Does it make you feel better about yourself?

Why else would he do it, if it didn't make him feel better?

...repost...

Well, I don't get religion anymore. I was raised Christian, and throughout my path on this rock, I've learned some false statements in regards to religion. People say the bible is the word of god, but it was written by a man. So, who says the bible is FACT? Who says the bible wasn't written to control mankind? I do think the bible is a good guide to live one’s life by, but it is not factual. I mean, you'd have to be higher than giraffe hoopie to believe Noah's Ark is for real.....come on! Also, there are lots of religions....who's is right? Today, if I had to choose a religion it'd prolly be Paganism or Earth religion.

Earth religion is a New Age term used mostly in the context of Neopaganism.

It is an umbrella phrase that is used to cover any religion that worships the Earth, Nature, or fertility gods and goddesses, such as the various forms of goddess worship or matriarchal religion. Some find a connection between Earth-worship and the Gaia hypothesis. Earth religions are also formulated to allow one to utilize the knowledge of preserving the Earth.

That came from wiki. I believe what I can touch, see, feel, etc. I don't believe everything I hear or am told. (I have trust issues.) I believe the earth is a living organism, and we are just here for the ride.

At the opening of Joe Rogan live, he says some things that make me think...

There is a couple of curse words in this video....viewer discretion is advised!

Anyway, I find it hard to believe that there is this one entity that is the creator of ALL living things ....

Any fanatic, professing to represent any belief will distort that belief in a way that seems repugnant to most of us. She certainly fills the "fanatic" label, as does Phelps.

I have to say, "Move on folks, nothing to see here...".

Wrong, she's not a Christian, therefore no bashing occurred.

Please show me where there is any Christian bashing by the O.P. or anyone else in this thread. Unless, of course, the opinion expressed by the person in the video is one that you share and you mistakenly think that has anything to do with the teachings of Christ in any way shape or form....

Taken in context with every post Habs has made lately on the topic of God or religion, it doesn't take a genius to see what he intended.
