What a stand-up ex-politician! Exactly what this country needs! He knows he was wrong and now he's trying, in a small way, to make up for his errors. I'll bet he'll even volunteer to pick up all dropped soap in the prison showers!

Guess he figured the single count was as good as it was going to get, next time it could be 5 counts...

There we go, IL has a higher conviction rate on governors than murders.

So kids, if you want to stay out of jail in IL, becoming governor is not the thing to do

Be careful, Blago. They like kicking footballs over there.

Honestly I would be beyond shocked if he did get in trouble. He kind of has a touch of Jimmy Carter in him. Probably a bit too honest to be in politics. A little too dumb for the position he is in.

That said, the Governor's Mansion of IL is one step from the Federal Pen for most!

Actually he reminds me more of Biden, he would open his mouth to anyone.

Nobody would trust him to offer him a payoff for anything, he would ask the next guy in his office " So, I was just offered 100K to back this project, and push it through, is that amount right for that project, or is the guy low balling me ?"
