Uggh... still says its on its way from Texas which means that it hasn't been placed on a truck yet, most likely.

Hoping it gets here by Tuesday, I managed to buy myself some more time to have my current truck appraised.

Also ordered a new radio bezel, because the one I have is painted to match the exterior. This truck will be pretty much stock + power equipment and cloth seats. Hopefully that will make the trade not suck. That is shipping priority mail, should be here Monday. Probably will beat the seat here.

I have had pretty good service with USPS--when I send it, it gets there; the price is right. And I really haven't had anything important go missing on me over the years. There was a glitch one summer, but it was resolved quickly. It all depends on who you have in your area. I really don't think the national management has much to do with how good your hometown delivery is. Like anything else, you have good letter carriers and you have bad letter carriers.

TM.

Hate to burst your bubble but since Monday is a gubberment holiday you won't see it before Tuesday.

One factor about USPS I don't remember mentioning has to do with distance. I had two orders ship on the 18th from Amazon's Phoenix warehouse. They were delivered on the 19th. I had one package shipped from Amazon's Campbellsville, KY, warehouse on the 17th. The last entry on the tracker showed it still in transit and it hasn't been delivered yet.

Where's your package?
91017xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Estimated Arrival:Not Available

This is the typical answer I get when checking a package from USPS.

It usually stays like this until the package arrives. Not complaining about the delivery time, just the lack of tracking updates.

'Tis curious. Usually, that's what I get (or the details get filled in after the package is in my hot little hands), however I've had four recent shipments from Amazon that have given me up to date details of each stop along the way.

on all my ebay orders it shows where the package was picked up and left from then nothing till it gets to tulsa, ok and shows it was processed through and the next day it says delivered about 2-3 p.m. when in reality its in my p.o. box by 10:00 a.m.
