Headlight Assembly Trouble

The assembly for the passenger side headlight is stuck. I pulled the release levers and its just plain stuck. Any tips on how to remove it without causing damage?

what MY truck ? Sounds like a 97-03 MY, but do not like to guess.

If it is a 97-03 MY, are you pulling the release levers up far enough ?

Yes, but the one on the right alignment screw is turned to the side.

even if the screw looks turned, it should still come out.

give it a good wiggle while pulling it out, and have someone push on the back of the alignment screws while you pull. sometimes they just need a little help.
