if your using an iPhone with the PayPal app, you won't see that option.

Contact PayPal and ask them what reason the transaction was marked as. you should be able to do something from there.

if all else fails, call them with the transaction ID and tell them you want to report a claim. when they pull it up, they will tell you whether or not you can do it.

You will probably find it out by the highway when the snow melts.

I hate when those ***** at UPS leave my packages at the road or in my mailbox. I'm about 800ft off the road but have a steep driveway so winter deliveries are impossible. I remember when I received my Edge it was left in my mailbox and then the same thing when I had it upgraded to the Gryphon. One time, I think it was a paintball mask or something like that, they left the box in a clear bag tied to my paper box post, in the rain too. WTF you know? Is it that hard to walk every once in a while?

Good luck on your issue with the hids. Someone else on here is going through the exact same thing as you in another thread but it's about an Edge that didn't show up.

I would contact your credit card issuer via mail. There should be an address on the statement for billing disputes. If it was a debit card, it may be a bit tougher as most banks (checking/savings side) are not up to speed on disputes processes. They really don't have to do much even though they can. Good luck!!!

dang that would suck. ours is up a hill too but you could literally see a perfect path with gravel showing all the way up and he wouldn't try it. fedex bought two packages to my mom all the way up the porch and then took my light bar across the road to my neighbor because it needed to be signed for and walked down her driveway because his truck cant fit in her narrow drive way(eww dirty!). lol

I forgot about Fedex and that they always need stuff to be signed for. I won a bottle of detail spray on here a few weeks ago and it came Fedex. For 3 days the tracking said "on truck for delivery, weather exemption prevented delivery". The guy finally walked to my house on the 4th day after blaming the previous 3 days on the weather. lol

Nope, that won't work. Another story. lol I had to get my cell phone replaced and Verizon was overnighting my new phone to my house through Fedex. I knew it was coming but wasn't sure if someone was going to be home to sign it. I called the local Fedex number and it just took me to Fedex's main line and so I told them that I was working across the street at someone's house and if they could just tell the driver that or if they could tell me what time the driver would be on my street. They said there was no way to contact the driver and all they could tell me was it was to be delivered by 4pm. I know that was BS about not being able to talk to the driver. So I just had to tape a piece of paper to the mailbox saying where I was and to deliver it at the other house. Sure enough, I had gone home for like a 1/2 hour to have lunch and that's when the driver showed up at the other house and the neighbor signed for it.

well i asked the shipper and he said he told them he didnt want it signed for so that was awesome! lol he even hooked me up with 2 day shipping which with this weather it wont be two days. its scheduled to be here saturday so im hoping a lot of the snow melts off. im bout to go get on the tractor and blade the drive way so theres no excuses. lol if you ever wind up in a deal with a guy using username " 06bluemeaniexl " dont think twice. he traded me my center seat for his xlt console and i was skeptic sending my whole jump seat before he sent his but sure enough, he came through with two day shipping. lol i might have to buy a little shed and put down by the road with a ups, usps, and fed ex sign saying "put package inside here....dumb @$$!" lol jk i had a siren shipped from hong kong via dhl and they called and said we will be there anywhere from 10-11 and asked if i was going to be home and i said no i'll just leave a note on the door saying to put it in the plastic crate on the porch so it wouldnt get tore up by the new puppy and when i got home and it was in there. lol dhl is by far my fav shipping company just because of that. lol
