I use Google primarily because I use gmail which is awesome. Best email service I've ever used.

 

I use Copernic & have done so for years, works well. I tend to stay away from Google, I have concerns about them saving data.

 

Google, and you can set that to be your default search engine in any browser. Opera is cool - you can search in the address bar with different search engines - type the letter g then a space and then your search term - it will use Google. B is Bing, Y is Yahoo, W is Wikipedia, there are a few more.
