egypt is falling apart and we have a bozo in the white house that has no clue.
if this doesnt get under control in a hurry prices of gas, oil and all that we buy are going to skyrocket.
the suez canal under muslim extremist control will be devistating.

Another case of the US putting its nose into a spot that it shouldn't. If the citizens want to rise up against their oppressive government, wonderful. Our usual method is to back the dissidents long enough to get rid of our enemy just to abandon them later. Then when we have a monster on our hands we act surprised!

I will tell you this though. Keep the gas tanks full. The price of gas could double over night......if you can buy it at all. Let the Muslim Brotherhood take over the Suez and we've got BIG problems. They won't need the money and all shipping will stop. You seem to forget they want things like they were a thousand years ago. Why else would they dress up in bed sheets and wear their bath towels on their heads. While the rest of the world is not going to allow the Suez to be closed long, it won't take much for gas hit $10.00 a gallon US. Speculators are already placing bets and it ain't for $100.00 a barrel oil. And if this spills over into Saudi- you have no clue how expensive gas will be. I'd suggest getting a firm grip on yer fruit of the looms cause this is gonna be one rocky ride.

They will need the money... The canal is their largest form of income, their next largest form of income is tourism. (which will be out the window as well)

I highly doubt that article. Last year he was in Cairo making a speech that praised the Gov't and the history of that country. He actually put us on the wrong side of the equation. Besides, you just admitted that Obama knows something. Obviously, yer wrong. Obama is absolutely clueless about everything.

Whatever happens over there I'm sure everything will be all right. It seems that these things are played up a lot these days as with any global crisis. We'll see.

Yer numbers aren't even close but that's irrelevant. Just where do you think the Chinese, Indians, and the rest of the world are going to get their crude? Then you have speculators that are already driving the price up. Speculators are the reason gas isn't a buck a gallon as there was a glut of crude up until now. Thankfully, the US is sitting on a 3 month supply but that's only going to help availability, not the price.
