is it just me or do the 09-11 trucks sit lower than the 04-08 trucks?

 

It may look like it, but I don't think they are. I had just as much problem getting my fat gut under my 04 as my 09 to change the oil. I do think the 97-03 were higher, but with more and more problems with rollovers and drive unders, they have lowered them. Too many lawsuits.

 

I think my 96 sat higher than my 04. I have a hard time gettin under it to change oil and I'm not fat 5'11" 155lbs.

 

well when i met with the ranch hand accesories rep about becoming a dealer he was driving a new fx4 and parked next to my fx4 and i was like 3" taller than him does ranch hands stuff weigh the truck down that much? he had a 2" ready lift set up on the front front and rear bumpers headache rack and tool box, i have a 3" level spacer front and factory fx4 blocks from a 250, hunter brush guard headache rack and a tool box.
