Well I was focusing on the application of the rules in this instance and not whether the rules need to be changed. but hey, that's an interesting debate as well.

 

i think that they need to enforce the rules from the get go and avoid these types of situations from occurring. there are already rules in place about recruiting, etc.

add new rules that won't get enforced is a futile effort.
