if cliff lee cant pitch the whole series(s) then im afraid they wont go any farther

The Yankees are going to bust the Rangers ***, the only team that had a chance of taking them out was the Rays.

You guys are nuts. The Rangers handed the Yanks their asses this year, won the season series 4 games to 1. Expect more of the same this series.

Now that Cincinnati is out I'm pulling for Texas. It'll be a Texas/Philly W.S.

I am a White Sox fan. However, I hate big payroll teams like the Yankees and Phillies. I want to also see the Giants and Rangers in there to spite the Cubs. This would be two more teams which haven't done squat, doing something before the Cubs.

Who cares about ratings? It would be nice to see the Rangers win the WS. Having said that, I think the Phillies can't be beat.

I agree. I have always thought the Yankees should have many more championships than what they have with a $206 million payroll. Compare that to teams like the Braves-$84 million and Rangers-$55 million

I'll pull for Texas -- it'd be nice to at least see an old Twin (Ron Washington) get into the World Series this year.....
