Thanks. And that all sucks. If they didn't charge so damn much to go to a theater to watch a movie more people would go there. Now they're making it impossible to wait and rent and watch it at home.

I know.

20 bucks for a movie. I look at my shelf and see probably 150 DVDs. And thats not very many considering how many some people have. If I spent 20 on all of them, thats 3 grand in movies just sitting there.

And they wonder why people are not buying them anymore!

why when I can go to the Redbox and get them for .99 cents or use a promo code and get one for free!

Btw who wants a couple free rentals at the Redbox

Go there and hit rent with promo code on the bottom then put in one of these codes.

DVDONME
BREAKROOM

Use one or use them both and get two DVD's Just return them on time and its a free rental.

I quit collecting movies several years ago. The media is always changing, so in a few years the collection is useless. VHS,DVD, now blueray. It will Be something else in a short period of time.

There already is. It's called internet streaming.

I don't like the fact that Netflix caters to sodomites by having their own category. What's next pedophiles? (oops I guess they are the same).
What? They have a sodomite section?

We've had Netflix for a couple of years and really like it. We're miles from anywhere so it's our best bet when we want to rent a movie. I don't do the instant streaming because of the FAP associated with satellite internet but it's all good, I'd rather watch movies on my TV instead of my tiny computer screen anyhow!

10 bucks a month for the cheap one and how many movies could you possibly get in a month by mail? 4 mabey? You can get .99 cent movies at the redbox.

The only thing I like about it is the streaming. If they didnt have streaming it would be worthless IMO.

But the streaming is awesome!
Actually you can get a lot more than that, their mailing system is very fast. If I get a movie on Monday, watch it Monday night, send it back on Tuesday, I'll have another one by Wednesday. So I'd say if you watch them and send them back the following day you could average about 12 movies a month. Now you're talking about 83¢ per movie

Our family actually watches about 12 DVD's a month from Netflix.

We do have the 3 at a time plan.

Yup! I have the 3 at a time plan with BB. As long as you send them back right away you make out good. Also, with BB I still have the option of returning to the store so it's even more movies per month.
