I remember those days when I use to go for 3 to 5 sleepless nights but it was due to my RLS (Restless Leg Syndrome).
Since I've been diagnosed with it about 10 years ago, the doc. prescribed requip a medication which stimulates my brain and allows me to have a good night sleep.
Have you been diagnosed with any sleeping disorder?

Negative. This happens intermittently, and usually when I've got a ton of stuff going on. Not enough to be a concern.

So, exhaustion, plus three Benadryl = eight hours sleep.
