Central TX meet?
Update!!!
I'm gonna say the official beginning is at 3 pm but I'll be there early. Probably as early as early that morning with my fishing gear. In that case I'll leave the radio on and when y'all come, go down to the river and just listen. You will hear me...trust me.
If you dont hear the radio just give a honk then I'll know I am being summoned.

In case you aren't sure where it is, I have directions in this post. I can't do attachments here for the pics.

There is no true address besides "Blanco River." To find it from the south (san antonio), just go north until you see the Blanco Exit in San Marcos. Take that to the frontage road until you go over the river. The exit will be RIGHT after you go over the river. If you miss it dont worry, there is a turn around later and then you'll be coming from the north.
I'll put a truck rim by the one that is smoothest. Keep forgetting to pay attention to the smoothest route when I go down there. Probably going to be the second though.
The truck rim to look for.
If you miss the later blanco river exit off the frontage road just keep going unless you can make it to the "Do Not Enter". Then just look to see if anyone is coming.
If you miss the Frontage Road or blanco river exits just keep going until you find the next safest turn. Then you'll be coming from the north.
If you are coming from the north (Austin). Take Exit 208, you'll see a huge dealership on your right. Keep going, it'll neck down to one lane and you'll see a right turn after a weigh station on your left. This is the other blanco river exit.
It is technically the I-35 road easement that has turned into city park. Thats why I say bring what you want but obey the law. State troopers swing through ever so often to make sure nobody is getting out of hand. They are mostly good guys so dont give them a reason to get grumpy.

cant access your pics since i dont have a membership to truckmodcentral. can you host them on http://imageshack.us/ for me?
The pictures were just google street views of some of the landmarks. Here is a satellite image of the area.

It is easy find, just make sure you are on the frontage road before you go over the Blanco River. There are signs from either direction.
