2011 screw

Stopped by the dealership today to see if the 2011’s are in. All I saw was a few F350 Lariat FX4s all Screws with 8 foot box the price tags were in the mid 70K’s. But there was about 7K in discounts. Wondering what kind of prices are going to be on the F150’s. These all had the Powerstroke. There were no 2011 F150's or F250's on the lot.

That's because they haven't even put out the order guide yet, much less started building 2011 F-150's. You won't see any F-150's till November.

There is a lariat F250 that is loaded with everything except navigation. The dealer is wanting about $57,500 for it. I would like one but that is too steep for me...

and depending where he is, they could add up to 15% tax to that total as well, you know, for our "free" health-care that we get up here

And your proud of that?

Thats still in the 60K range in America!

And Ford wonders why they are selling less vehicles. The economy goes down and the price goes up. Holy crap your and idiot if you spend 65 grand on a truck that will be worth 30 in two years. And in 10 years worth 18 probably

Ford needs to pull their act together and make an affordable truck again. I will never spend that kind of money on a truck and I cant think of one person that will that isnt very wealthy.

I dont make a terrible living but I also dont make 250 grand a year which is about what you would have to make to spend 60 grand on a truck.

You can buy a small house in the economy for that. WOW is all I can say.

What will they cost in 2015 100 grand for a powerstroke?

Aren't you glad you live in the Republik of Canada? We're tryin' real hard to imitate you guys but we're hopein' our "imitator instigator" dies of a heart attack before he is able to actually consummate the deal. And yes, I did say consummate.

Take a step back and breathe. Nobody knows how much the 2011 F-150 is going to cost. Ford hasn't released that information yet. Even if $60k is remotely accurate, JBMX928 is talking about a full loaded truck. A fully loaded anything has never been for the masses. That is why the car companies allow people to lease their vehicles. The company makes a lot of money on the deal and the people often get to drive more of a vehicle than they can afford to buy. You can still by an F-150 for under 20k including rebates.

Max I will ever spend on any vehicle is 40k. Obvious there are several vehicles I will never get to buy but I am ok with that.
