I use mine to tow many trailer's and throw stuff in the back, But no to the wet bathing suits or the mud.
Someone here mentioned that these are TRUCKS not limos. He is correct! I'm one of the few in this city who uses my truck to do truck things. No, I don't beat on it and I take very good care of it. But, yes, I tow frequently, put stuff in the bed, get a little mud on it now and then and sit in the leater seat in my wet bathing suit as I pull my boat and jet skis up the ramp. These things are what I bought it for. My Mustang and 300C get the garage and limo treatment.

My truck gets a washing every 12 months -- if it is lucky. However, the "12" month washing is a very special one. It get's washed, clayed and polished, then the under body gets any work, and the whole truck under goes a full inspection. If I see anything remotely worn, it gets replaced immediately.
I drive my truck lightly and carefully.
To this day, it looks brand new.

I used to be **** about my truck. It was washed at least once a week and waxed monthly. It was great having a clean/shiny truck all the time but I've come to realize that it's not something worth stressing about. Sure, my truck still gets washed pretty often, depending on this Louisiana weather, but it doesn't really bother me when it's dirty. As much as I use it to go camping/haul my 4 wheeler around, it usually stays pretty dirty. I'm still pretty particular about the inside though...I don't like a bunch of crap inside unless I need it.
At the end of the day, as long as my truck is runnin 100%, I don't really care how dirty it is.
