man, I'd love to meet Dr Ralph. Had the chance to go to a picking where he was going to be and I passed it up. Stupid mistake! He and the Clinch Mountain Boys are some of my favs.

Oh, I'm here most days, it's just that there''s rarely a thread that's worth the powder it would take to blow it to hell, let alone post in. I wander around the forum and if I see someone like you or Habs or (heaven forbid!!) Burt, I'll drop in and say howdy. How's things going on the eastern seaboard of the the good old PSA? Out here 3 time zones west of you it's been mid-nineties for the last couple of months with just a couple of days of rain. The entire valley is just smoked in from all the forest fires in the province...

With the glaring exception of forest fires, the weather you are experiencing is a re-run of our weather. High 90's, sparse rainfall, and fluctuating humidity.
Amazingly similar climates considering the time zones and 11 or 12 degree of latitude difference.

Sorry for derailing the Bluegrass picker's thread!
