Wish I could, either that or honey butter, but being a diabetic, I have to limit that kind of stuff.

 

First time I had it I wasn't exactly sure what it was but I loved it. I had a scrapple and egg sandwhich in this little shack of a place over by Ruby Falls, NC. It was heaven on a biscuit. Then I found out what was in it Then I ignored it and had another sandwhich

 

I went to school in PA - we used to call scrapple either shrapnel or pressed garbage. Still ate it though!
