Anyone else screwed by DirecTV?

Rabbit ears here. I dealt with comcast and then said to myself, "why am I paying these companies to advertise to me?" If anything they should be paying us for watching tv

There is always a 1-2 year agreement when you order something from direct tv that is why your equipment is free and also installation, setup etc..They would not be in business long if they supplied everything set it up and a week later you don't want it no longer get real.. I have had directv for since early 90's and have no complaints ever they have always been helpfull with any issues and even call back to see if you are happy with the service....
