The ones you've seen are probably visitors from Brooklyn or Staten Island. Cause admit it....Brew looks nothing like those people.

Yeah, been like a year or two, although I did pop in a few weeks ago and answered some post with an amazingly clever illustrated response . . . damn funny stuff . . . and no one noticed.

Oh well.

How you been Buck? I thought about you a couple of times. First was when we had a "serious" snow storm and even more serious ice storm in this rural place I presently call home. It actually reached negative temps at one point and what with all the snow and ice and my car getting stuck a couple of times I thought I was in hell.

Then I remembered some pix you posted of how the snow was ABOVE the roof of your house. I then realized that I had no right to complain.

The other time I thought about you has to do with that 50 cal in your sig. I remember PSing a beer can out of that photo. I had no idea what a 50 cal was. Now that I live in the farm land where people actually hunt, everyone is seriously Republican, and everyone has an arsenal, I made friends with some folks who took me shooting. (Targets, not Bambi). Turns out, I have a talent for it . . . and got this over the past couple of years:

Honestly, I love the snow, but after a while it can get a bit tedious. I don't know how you live with as much as you get.

 

LT is right in that the trash on that show - with the exception of one - are not from Jersey, however stereotypes exist, and are recognized, for a reason. Is everyone in Jersey like that? Of course not. Have I met people in New Jersey who are like that? Oh yeah. Most, however, are not like that.

Keep in mind that the show caters to the lowest common denominator to garner ratings. Also, don't for a single minute believe that this, or any reality show, is "real". Everything you see is thought out, scripted, and planned - packaged - and presented for your entertainment and to sell you stuff.

So, just like any other show on t.v. they are nothing more than characters . . . and not very good ones at that.

 

Brew looks nothing like that. In fact, using the pic of all of us meeting for lunch, here's what we look like underneath those helmets - Brew included.

 

DAMN..... I was trying to keep it a secret. Now everyone knows what I look like!!
