UPDATE:

I got a new car about a week ago. It's a 2003 Audi A4 Quattro 1.8T 5-Speed. So far I love it, but I do miss my truck. Wish there was a way to have both but oh well.

Shameless plug: I have some stuff for sale in the classifieds section.

Man, that's an awfully small lookin' 350 j/k. Nice car. I'd have a hard time going from what you had then to what you have now, but I'm sure the money your going to save on gas helps alot!

Thanks guys, I'll be sticking 'round here for the long haul. I haven't found an Audi forum that is on par with this one yet.

I really did want to stick with Ford but it just wasn't in the cards. I looked at a handful of Mustang GTs (New Edge, SN95, Fox Body), two SVT Cobras, one lighting, one Lexus IS300, two BMW 325s, one SRT-4 Neon, two cobalt SS's, one 04 F-150, and one Chevy 2500.

I really wanted the Lightning but it was beat to hell with only 60,000 miles on it. The exterior had dents and scratches and the interior was disgusting.
I was sooooo close to owning a 2001 SVT Cobra but the dude was in a rush to sell it and was trying to pit me against another buyer in an impromptu bid war, so I washed my hands of that one.
Most of the cars where nice except the owners didn't want to sell for anything remotely close to BB value.

Can't wait to start modding this car. I've never owned anything with forced induction before.

Pretty quick cars. Theres a tune you can do to get rid of the turbo lag, so ive heard. Glad you got the quattro in a manual. Big change id say!
