LED light help, please!

OK, so I'm getting geeky with my bicycle. Night time ride coming up in a couple weeks, and I want to be different. I've been reading on the oznium web site and need to know if this makes sense. I want to put red, white and blue LED's on my spokes, using the small 23A battery pack to power it. All I would need is the battery pack, different length of wire to reach outer portion near rim of the wheel, middle of spoke, and close to the hub. What do I need to do for wiring (parallel?) and do I have to worry about the amp load or power of each LED? Thanks!

LED don't draw very much amp, so I wouldn't worry about that.

around here bicycles count as vehicles so if you run red or blue, you can be arrested for impersonating an officer

all you need is 12vDC. More batteries for more amps. IIRC, a single LED draws .04 amperage, so 2 AA batteries should last you a while
