I ran into the same thing when I worked for a convenience store for 5 1/2 years. Because of excessive enforcement of the underage drinking and smoking laws (I support the laws but feel the enforcement schemes, which were frequently very deceptive, to be unconstitutional even though the courts, so far, support them), we were required by my employer to card EVERYONE who appeared to be under forty, something I did religiously since penalties for selling alcohol and tobacco to someone under age were unbelieveably harsh (could be as high as a felony conviction, $1500 fine, and loss of driver's license until the fine was paid; good luck getting a job after a felony conviction). I wish I had a dollar for everytime I carded an African American and was accused of carding them because they were black. I eventually got tired of it and threw them out of the store whenever they pulled the race card (and backed it up with a call to the police if they refused to leave which got them permanently banned). My management backed me up until we got a black marketing manager; he was convinced I was a racist (he eventually was fired).

I wonder how many times the guy has done this intimidation/race card scheme to people before and gotten away with it. Pretty crazy!

Like Chevy Chase and John Candy in the movie Vacation, when he went to Wally World?

Whether he was black, white, purple or brown people like this are amazing. Can't believe someone would do something like this. Why did you have to be a racist b/c you wouldn't accept his offer. PEOPLE PEOPLE PEOPLE.

You have to love Texas. I had an interesting night myself last night. My wife and I drove separately to my daughter's T-ball game due to the fact that I work 50 miles away and traffic is a nightmare. Anayway, it was cancelled due to weather. One the way home, she beat me by about 5 minutes. When I got home, she was standing in the driveway with my .45 caliber auto! Apparently, the front door was open when she got home. I searched the house with the .45 in hand fully prepared to shoot if necessary. Thankfully I didn't have to, but it would have been legal!

Damn right it would have been legal, but if some one walks in my house they will be greeted by my baby, promise she wont do anything

If I were you I would ask the sheriff to remove his truck to a tow yard, so if anything happens to the truck he cant blame you. I can just see him getting out of the clink and saying that all his stuff is missing from the truck and pointing the finger at you.

They told me they were going to try to get it towed asap, if its still there when i go home i will give them another call. Most wreckers around here are flatbeds and dont think a dually will fit on it.

I don't see why they don't just drive it to an impound lot themselves. Kind of seems pointless to bring a flatbed out for a dually.

Drove a tow truck for 13 years, and if they are running internationals a dually will fit, just have to remove the rails.
