Right, I had to go brush up on my false imprisonment, and technically you are right, but a jury is going to have to really hate Democrats to go along with that.

That and the fact how the media would put the spin on someone beating/killing a congressman you'd be done for.

I wouldnt have hit him. But he would have been making a trip to the closest ER to put his shoulder back in the socket if he would have grabbed my wrist like that.
